Full Buffet Line Service
All food is brought, set up in a buffet style and staff will remain on site for the event. We keep the buffet line(s) clean and filled while supplies last. We handle the cleanup of the buffet line(s) and catering portion of kitchen where applicable. All leftover food is left behind in disposable trays.

Serving Utensils and Chafing Dishes Rental
We can provide all serving utensils, chafing dishes and fuel to keep them warm. Must be returned to Vinny’s Catering within 3 business days. (for Pick Up or Drop Off Services only)
Tables (Full Buffet Line Service only)
We can provide our own tables for the buffet line(s). We take these with us
Dinnerware
We can provide plates, eating utensils, napkins. Tier 1 includes paper or cardboard plates, black or white plastic forks/knives/spoons, paper napkins, and paper cups. Tier 2 includes Clear plastic Plates, Clear or black plastic forks/knives/spoons, linen like napkins, and clear plastic cups.
Cake Service (Full Buffet Line Service only)
We will cut, plate, and serve the cake. Buffet style we plate the cake to add to the buffet line. Table style we plate the cake and serve to the tables.
Champagne Service
You provide the champagne and glasses (can be purchased through us), we pour and serve the champagne. Buffet Style we pour and add the glasses to the buffet line. Table style we pour and serve the glasses to the tables.
Table Busing (Full Buffet Line Service only)
We will bus your tables for you. Tier 1 we will remove garbage and empty plates during the meal. Tier 2 we will remove garbage and empty plates during the meal and after cake as well.
Full Dish Clean Up (Full Buffet Line Service only)
This includes the clean up of trash and dishes from the dining areas as well. This includes washing all remaining dishes. *ask about our lower fees for events under 50 people
