Includes: Freshly baked garlic bread, three entree’ selections for guests to choose from, one salad selection, and two sides for guest to choose from all served from a buffet line by our staff. Fruit water and unsweetened or sweetened tea cannisters will be set up for guest self-service with sugar packets and lemons. This price also includes mileage of up to 15 miles round trip, set up, 1-hour open buffet time, a one-time only final pass of table busing just before our exit, and clean up and tear down of our workstations and buffet items.

Table Busing
While our Buffet Packages include a one-time pass right before our exit, with this we will bus tables during happy hour, then again once the buffet line dies down, and all the way through to that last final pass before our exit. This is also a great add on for those not choosing a Buffet Full Service Package, but instead choose to order ala carte for a buffet full service.
Dish Washing Services
Having non-disposable dishes? We can stay behind and wash dishes as long as there are the right amenities to do so.
Champagne Service
You choose which type of service you would like for us to perform.
Table Service- No Pour
We place champange flutes at each place setting and when it’s time for the toast we open and deliver champagne bottles to set on the tabes for guests to help themselves.
Buffet Stye
We pour champagne into flutes on the buffet table for guests to come grab a glass before it’s time to toast
Table Service- Pour
We will place a poured glass of champagne at each place setting prior to the toast
Clean Up Crew
Staff can remain behind after the buffet staff depart in order to continue busing tables until the end of your event. (if you purchase Trash Removal or Wash Dishes Services you must choose Clean Up Crew as well). This crew will only continue to bus tables, unless you purchase additional services. (Some venues require your caterer to remain on site for the entire event)
Trash Removal
We can remove trash placing it all in dumpsters and refilling the cans with fresh bags. You can choose wether we remove the trash to the Venue Dumpster or we haul it back to Vinny's Dumpsters

This can be a stand-alone package, or an add on to any of our other packages.

The board is beautifully decorated with herb garnishes. Mini forks are included. This also includes the delivery fee up to 15 miles round trip and the setup fee.

This can be a stand-alone package, or an add on to any of our other packages.

Includes mini cannoli, tiramisu, Italian cookies, peanut butter bombs, and more! The board is beautifully decorated with fruit garnishes. Mini forks are included. This also includes the delivery fee up to 15 miles round trip and the setup fee.
Appetizer Package
This can be a stand-alone package, or an add on to any of our other packages.

Includes Meatballs in Marinara, Bruschetta, and Italian Skewers. Served with bread, grated parmesan cheese and Balsamic Glaze. The table will be decorate with herb garnishes and mini forks. This includes the delivery fee up to 15 miles round trip and the setup fee.

Boxed Lunch Package
(minimum to order= 12 people)
Includes 1/2 of a sub or 1/2 of a wrap, pasta salad, bag of chips, and either a soda or dessert.
These will come individually packaged for each guest. Great for those companies wanting to treat their employees during their lunch break!
This also includes the delivery fee up to 15 miles round trip.

Pick Up
You can place your order and arrange a date and time to pick it up from our location.
Standard Delivery
We can deliver your order! Standard prices are during the hours of 11:30am – 5:30 pm Monday- Saturday.
OT Delivery
We can deliver your orders even outside of our normal delivery times! 5:30pm-11:30am. The exception is Sunday. We do not Deliver on Sundays.
EQ Pick Up
If you Rent EQ From Us We can Return to Pick Up Our EQ. Saving You a Trip into Downtown Hanover.
Same Day Pick Ups: You don’t need to Wash the EQ, but You Must Empty it of food and have it ready for pick up. Next Day Pick Up: You must WASH the EQ and have it ready for pick up
EQ Rental
We can provide all the necessary EQ for the food you ordered through us. This Includes Chafing Sets, Food Name Tags, Serving Utensils. You Must Return these Items (WASHED) to Us within 3 Business Days.
Set Up
Highly Reccomended if you Purchase the EQ Rental. We will set up Everything We Bring, So it’s Ready to Go for your Buffet!.
Clean Up
This can only be ordered if you purchase the EQ Pick Up. In addition to Us taking the EQ Back to our Shop we will Take Care of Clean Up of the Buffet Table/Area Only. We Throw Away Left Over Food and Wash down the Surface the Buffet Was Set up on. We do not Sweep or Do floors.

Disposable Dinnerware Set. Tier One is Picinic Fare. Such as Paper Plates and Cheaper Utensils, etc. Tier Two are Wedding Appropriate. Each Includes: Dinner Plate, Fork, Spoon, Knife, Napkin. We also have Appetizer Sets, Dessert Sets, and Drinking Vessels Such as Champagne Glasses, Tumblers, Cocktail Style, Etc, Just ask!
Bartending Service
Need someone to bartend your event! We have RAMP certified bartenders to help make your event run smoothly.

Don’t know what to do with the food left over? Purchase our to-go containers and allow your guests to take home some of those delicious foods (9×9 stryofoam containers)
Buffet Service
Not choosing one of our packages, but instead going ala carte, choosing food off of our regular catering menu? We can still serve it for you! This is a three-hour minimum service (1-hour open buffet).
