Services and Items Available:

Dinner WareThis will include napkins, forks/knife/spoon, and dinner sized plates. Tier One is BBQ/Picinic style (paper or cardboard plates, lower quality forks and napkins). Tier Two is more wedding or special event appropriate. (Plastic plates, Higher quality plasticware and napkins)

Appetizer/Dessert WareThis will include napkins, fork, and small plates. Tier One is BBQ/Picinic style (paper or cardboard plates, lower quality forks and napkins). Tier Two is more wedding or special event appropriate. (Plastic plates, Higher quality plasticware and napkins)

Drinking VesselsThis can be anything from champagne flutes, 12 oz tumblers or 4 oz tumblers. All disposable.

EQ RentalThis is a non-refundable fee that requires a cc on file. Chafing dishes and Serving Utensils must be returned to us at 1 Center Square (during business hours) within three business days. Anything not returned will be charged at cost to the cc on file. You can ask about us picking up the chafing dishes for a fee.

Will you need us to bring the tables for the buffet?

Starter Service?Would you like a plate of salad? antipasto? etc? set at the tables for when guests first walk in?

Champagne Service?How will your guests receive their champagne for any toasting? This does not include the flutes or the champagne, just the service.

Cake Service?If you are providing a cake or other dessert that you would like us to cut and/or plate please select this service.

Table Busing Service?Without this service, your guests and you will be responsible for removing dishes and trash from the tables.

Clean Up Crew?Some Venues require that you order this from your caterer. This will assure that we leave at least one staff onsite to continue busing tables through the end of your event. If you order this service you must order the busing service as well. This purely means we remove trash and dishes from the dining area. We do not touch decorations or linens, we do not sweep.

EQ Pick upWould you like us to come pick up all of our EQ, saving you a trip back to our shop?

Trash Removal?Some Venues require that you order this from your caterer. We will empty all dining room trash from the Venue. (this does not include bath room trash, we are not responsible for bathrooms)

Wash Dishes?Some Venues require that you order this from your caterer. We can wash the dishes, and put them away where previously instructed. If no instructions are given for what to do with the dishes after they are washed, they will be left out to air dry. We will not be held liable for any broken or damaged dishes.
