Instructions

We are so excited that you have decided to pursue your fundraising efforts with
Vinny’s Italian Market! Below are the instructions that will help you on your journey.

Step One- Read the following instructions.

Partnership Agreement

In order to continue on to the partnership agreement you will need to know the following
information:

  1. All dates are not final until you have gotten confirmation that we agree to those dates. You
    will receive communication from us via email within 3 business days from the date of
    submission of the partnership agreement. If you do not receive an email within 3 days,
    please send a text to 410-756-0821
  2. We do all order fulfillment dates on Wednesday or Thursday only.* So please keep this in
    mind when filling out your partnership form.
  3. The ALL IN ONE form must be submitted 10 days prior to order fulfillment date. Late
    submissions of this form will result in your order fulfillment date being pushed back. We
    encourage early submission to avoid late order fulfillment dates.
  4. We suggest you give your team a week to sort all of the individualized orders into one form
    that then can be submitted electronically or by paper to us. You will receive an email with a
    link to the form that is stored online.
  5. We suggest that you give your sellers at least two weeks, if not more, to sell sell sell!
  6. Only after an agreement has been reached on the dates, will you be able to start
    fundraising

*If your organization needs a different day than Wed or Thu for the order fulfillment date, please contact Jenn via text at 410-756-0821 so we can discuss the possibility of this. This will only be granted as a last resort and pending staff availability

Other Important Information

  1. You will need to make your own copies of the Fundraising Option Forms to hand out to the
    sellers.
  2. You will need to turn in the money for SALES TOTAL within 3 business dates of submitting
    your all in one form online or if submitting a paper copy to the market, your money is due
    the same day. The money can be in CASH or CHECK form. This must be brought to Vinny’s
    Italian Market & Catering, located at 7 Center Square, Hanover PA. Checks should be made
    out to “Vinny’s Italian Market”. The payment can be handed to any coworker of Vinny’s
    Italian Market, please place the payment in an envelope with the name of your organization,
    and the contact’s name clearly printed on the front.
  3. On Order fulfillment day, you must allow 30-60 minutes for YOUR team to check the order
    and sign off that the full order is there.
  4. On Order fulfillment day, if you requested delivery, you must give us a 30-60 minute
    window to set up the order. We appreciate your teams help in organizing the items in the
    designated area.
  5. NO ORDERS will be allowed to be removed or “picked” until the final count is accomplished
    and you have signed off on a complete order.
  6. On order fulfillment day, your organization will receive a check in the total amount earned
    by your organization less any fees for delivery or other services you requested
